Over the years I've
had this GN most vendors come off as know it alls or just plan
snotty or have terrible delivery. I just waited 6 months to have
my motor rebuilt waited 4 months for the tranny that didn't
work and the vendor wouldn't honor the warranty ended up buying
from another company seems like anything to do with these cars
is just a pain in the ass and I'm 50 years old and don't like to
be talked to like a kid. I never had a problem with your company
, your delivery is great and you carry quality products keep up
the good work.

I am writing to tell you that I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with my recent
purchase of items from you for my Buick Grand National, and in
addition,
your service was IMPECCABLE!!! I don't know if you are doing this
as a

The seat hinge overlays are super sharp, as are the pullstrap
screwcovers; one of mine was missing and yours were the perfect
solution...and so well designed and made! The coil pack plate as
well
far exceeded my expectations! Very sharp addition to the engine
compartment, yet subtle, so that the first people I showed it to
thought
that it was absolutely factory stock! Buick should have done it
first!
Then we get to the License Plate frame... I have already had three
inquiries as to where they could get one like it! Your cohorts did
an
excellent job on that as well. Needless to say, I am very pleased
with
the whole package, and the car will probably take first place at the
big
local show here next weekend!
Mark, if I can act as a reference for your products at any point in
the
future, please, by all means, direct your customers to me and I will
do
so. When I get some good weather, I will shoot some photos and
email
them to you...feel free to use them in your advertising. My GN is
an
'87 with 15,000 totally original miles, one owner, still in factory
paint (THERE'S A FIRST!!) and has only very slight performance mods...3"
downpipe, Hollow Cat, 2 1/2" stainless duals back to tuned
Supertrapps,
big MAF, GNX chip, internally beefed trans, GNX Wheels. Launches
straight as an arrow, and does a 12.7 1/4 mile on Eagle GT's!

'Stangs and Camaros always find a reason to turn off before the next
light! An occasional Viper will get excited, but fade away after I
pace them to the first light and then light 'em up before the second
one! The only real fun is an '89 Trans Am Turbo who comes out to
play
occasionally...he is about on par with me.

got my Big Mouth Kit and MAF pipe. They look and work great.
If this is the first time you've accommodated a TE44 then hats
off to you. Everything fits. It took a little time to get it
all perfect but I was able to do it with out cutting or changing
anything. The "Buick Motorsports" door handle inserts are
beautiful. I can't thank you enough, I hope that making my kit
helps you sell more of em'.

Got my Big Mouth Cold Air Kit Installed and it went very smooth.
Instructions were good and the final result is excellent. I really
like the appearance and it lowered my intake air temp by more than
10 deg. In Florida that is very important. It was money well spent.

Got my Big Mouth
installed over the weekend. The install went just fine, no
modifications were necessary to the radiator support, I had
previously opened that area up a bit for my Tomka system. You're
right, that 4" coupler does look too big, but as you suggested,
it sealed up nicely.
It looks great with
that chrome pipe coming off the MAF. I don't think the beast
will ever be short of cold air again, 4" pre-MAF pipe into a 3
1/2" MAF sensor into a 3" MAF pipe. Yeah.....that should do it.

Hi All;
Since the board usually has its share of negative feedback regarding
vendors and products, I thought I'd share some very positive
feedback with the TR community regarding Mark Hueffman's Big Mouth
Cold Air Kit sold through his website - www.buickgn.com. Hopefully,
this will help others make more educated decisions when comparing
some of the cold air kits out there.
After trying a few different MAF pipes and looking at various cold
air/ram air kits, I ordered Mark's kit and installed it recently.
The quality is definitely top-notch, and Mark is always available to
answer questions about installation, etc.
Once installed, the fit is excellent. It's EXTREMELY rigid and
doesn't require drilling holes for brackets, etc. Though fitting it
does require some patience (as does any project on these cars),
there's plenty of wiggle room with the elbows and pipes supplied and
you end up with more than enough clearance from alternator bolts,
radiator hoses. I relocated my vapor canister about 1/2 inch towards
the fender leaving one screw in place and drilling another hole for
the second screw about 1/2 towards the fender. The filter sits level
with the lower left air dam, and can't be seen unless you get under
the car. Plus, it makes the car sound just wicked.
If anybody is interested in seeing a pic of the installation, let me
know. Otherwise, I would recommend Mark's cold air kit without
question. Good Job Mark!

Got the (BIG MOUTH) kit
installed over the weekend. What a difference that thing made. I
was running about 16-17 psi of boost. I had to turn it down after I
installed the kit, it jumped up to 21psi!! That turbo really loves
all
the air its getting. Now if I could only keep it from sucking up
all
the critters I drive by on the side of the road. I'm really gonna
miss
my little dog !

I don't even know
how describe it. Unique definitely. The real interesting part is
you don't even know its there until you stomp on it, and then
all heck breaks loose.
Installation wasn't
to bad. A little time consuming and some wrestling and
wiggleing,but it didn't make you pull your hair out or anything.
And as I said with the shifter the pictures just don't do it
justice. Your stuff looks way better in person.
