Door Handle plates are available in TWO different styles to dress up the outside of your Turbo
Regal. Engraved with the POWER 6 and your choice of the listed Buick logos -
made in trophy finish black, these easily attach to your door handle with
supplied double sided tape, looks factory
installed. Not pictured are - Turbo T and GNX.
Diamond engraving is done by using a non-rotating
diamond-tipped cutter tool, which is simply "dragged" across the
surface of specially prepared aluminum, which cuts thru the colored
surface and into the aluminum beneath. Typically the lettering is
outline-engraved only, resulting in a subtle but high contrast finish.
Laser engraving actually vaporizes the colored
finish, and exposes the bright aluminum beneath. Because the laser engraves
by "rastering" back and forth much like a printer, full-width
lettering (rather than outlined-only lettering) is typical, resulting in a
bold, bright finish. Be sure to pick the type of engraving you
