A few words before ordering from our site. First off, we are enthusiasts as well as a small business owner. We are NOT a huge automotive specialty company like Summit Racing or Jegs with giant warehouses piled high with a vast inventory, large staff and instant delivery. We do our best to get our products out on a timely basis but sometimes there are delays beyond our control.
We work with Kevin Williams, one of the best
engravers in the country. Except for a small inventory of parts we
stock here, the BUICK engraved items are made to order and shipped
directly from him. The parts he makes for us is just a very small
part of his regular business. Sometimes orders can ship right away,
sometimes it may take a couple of weeks depending on his workload.
Our cold air kits, MAF pipes and up pipes are made in house and are usually shipped out within days of receiving your order. Some special orders may take longer,.
Our suspension line, poly motor mounts, intercoolers, downpipes, radiators also ship from my various vendors. It is cheaper to have my various suppliers ship directly to you and the savings is passed on to YOU!
We do not sell or stock ANY factory parts. We are not tech gurus and do not answer tech questions on products other than our own. Suggest you visit www.turbobuick.com or tech info. www.gnttype.org is another good site to visit.
The main thing we want to convey to you before ordering is that you are purchasing custom made parts. Sometimes it takes time to get them made up and out the door to you. How to Order If you are ready to check out: If you checked the MONEY ORDER
option your order will now show and you then print it out and send
us your money order to the address below. If paying by money order/cashiers check, we request that you print out your order and send it along with your payment. Money orders are available at ALL post offices, most convenience stores and pharmacies. Money orders should be made out to TR CUSTOM PARTS and sent to: TURBO REGAL
CUSTOM PARTS Shipping Information
If your item is shipped from one of my suppliers they MAY use UPS or Fed Ex. Cold air kits, MAF pipes, intercoolers, downpipes catback exhaust systems and some other items will have additional shipping charges automatically added to the minimum charge. Some of our items are in stock and can be shipped out shortly after receiving your payment. Custom engraved items and cold air kits, maf pipes, up pipes will take longer depending on what is in stock at the time you place your order. If in doubt email us first on availability of items. Items may be drop shipped directly from my engraver or other suppliers if not in stock here at our shop so you may be receiving more than one package for your order. TURBOREGALCUSTOMPARTS@GMAIL.COM We are currently shipping only to US states. We are no longer shipping to Canada due to complaints about the high cost of shipping. We also will no longer ship to Puerto Rico or any foreign countries. All orders must be shipped to the billing address on your credit card or Paypal address. If this is not acceptable to you then you must send us a money order which will need to clear at the bank before the order is shipped! Credit card fraud is rampant and unfortunately ruins it for our honest customers. Returning items While we are confident that you
will love our products and do our best to assure your satisfaction.
If you plan to return an item it must be sent back with 30 days and
your money cheerfully refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping/handling
fees are NOT refunded. Any items that are custom engraved to YOUR specifications can NOT be returned unless there is a mistake on our part! We will exchange an item if you ordered the wrong one but you are responsible for shipping it back and paying for the shipping of the replacement item back to you. We will assure that these items are made to your satisfaction. Any items that are installed on your car can NOT be returned! If you install it you own it! Any items that have been altered or "hammered" on will not be considered for a return. Concerned About
