A few words before ordering from our site. First off, we are
enthusiasts as well as a small business owner. We are NOT a huge
automotive specialty company like Summit Racing or Jegs with giant warehouses
piled high with a vast inventory, large staff and instant delivery. We do
our best to get our products out on a timely basis but sometimes there are
delays beyond our control.

We work with Kevin Williams, one of the best engravers in the country.
Except for a small inventory of parts we stock here, the majority of BUICK &
OLDS engraved
items are made to order and shipped directly from him. The parts he
makes for us is just a very small part of his regular business. Sometimes
orders can ship right away, sometimes it may take a couple of weeks depending on
his workload.

Our cold air kits, MAF pipes and up pipes are made in house and are
usually shipped out within days of receiving your order. Some special
orders may take longer, especially powder coated items.

Electric cutouts usually ship within 3 weeks from another one of my
vendors. Again, depending on stock they may ship faster or longer than 3
weeks.

Our new suspension line, poly motor mounts and F Body / B Body
parts and Corvette parts also ship from my various vendors.

We do not sell or stock ANY factory parts. If you need

The main thing we want to convey to you before ordering is that you are
purchasing custom made parts. Sometimes it takes time to get them made up
and out the door to

What's our phone number??
You will not find our phone number on the site because we prefer to do all of
our correspondence by email! This is a part time business and between
working a full time job and family obligations, my time is very limited. I
will reply to all emails on a timely basis.
How to Order
We have tried to make
ordering from our website as easy as possible by using a shopping cart. Near the picture of each
item we sell is a box with information on the product and a drop down menu that
lists prices.
Just choose your items, pick the quantity, logos, engravings, etc. and click the "add
to cart" button. Be sure to click on the proper option
boxes if applicable to the item you are ordering. (We want to make your
item correctly the FIRST time!) Your item will be added to our shopping
cart which will automatically calculate your order and shipping charges.
At that point you can make corrections, continue your shopping or check
out.

If paying by money
order/cashiers check, we request that you print out your order and send it along
with your payment. Money orders are available at ALL post offices, most convenience stores and

PayPal is a
service that allows you to instantly send money to anyone
with an email address. PayPal is used by over 6 million
members in 26 countries worldwide, and PayPal is accepted
on a majority of all eBay auctions. PayPal is completely
free for US buyers to send money, and PayPal lets you
charge the payment to either your credit card or checking
account.
Sending money through PayPal is instantaneous – which
means that I can ship your order faster – and
PayPal also increases your safety by keeping your financial
account information private. You don’t have to share your
account numbers with me when you send money to me with PayPal. PayPal
just sends me an email notice that the money has been
transferred to my PayPal account.
It only takes about 5 minutes to create a PayPal account
and use it to send money. Here are the four easy steps
that U.S. residents can follow in order to use PayPal:
1) Go to the PayPal website and fill out their one-page registration form. Your email address will be your username, and you’ll be asked to choose a password.
2) PayPal will send you an email with a confirmation code in it; click on the link in the email to confirm that the email address that you registered as your username actually belongs to you.
3) Register a credit card with your PayPal account in order to fund your first payment. PayPal immediately gives you a $250 initial spending limit (which you can
later lift by completing their Verification process).
4) Type in my email address and the amount of your order plus shipping into the PayPal “Send Money” form and
then click “Send.” Just like that, I’ll have the money and can prepare your purchase for shipping.
It’s worthwhile to take a couple of minutes to set up a
PayPal account. Once you are done, you’ll be able to
quickly make any future payments and you won’t have
to take time to enter in all your financial information

Shipping Information
We ship all orders from our shop by USPS
mail with delivery confirmation.
This will assure you that your
order should get to you within 3-5 business days of the order
shipping out
(NOT UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER!) and also allows me to
confirm delivery if needed.
If your item is shipped from one of my
suppliers they MAY use UPS, DHL or Fed Ex.
Currently there is a minimum shipping/handling charge of
$6.95 for all orders. Cold air kits, MAF pipes, electric exhaust cutouts
and some other items will have additional shipping charges automatically added to the minimum
charge. Some of our items are in stock and can be shipped out shortly
after receiving your payment.
Custom engraved items and cold air kits, maf
pipes, up pipes and electric exhaust cutouts will take longer depending on what is in stock at the time you place your
order. If in doubt email us first on availability of items. Items may be
drop shipped directly from my engraver or other suppliers if not in stock here
at our shop so you may be receiving more than one package for your order.
We are currently shipping only to US
states, territories & Canada ONLY. (Heavier items that ship to Hawaii or
Alaska may require additional charges) (Canadian shipping rate is higher)
Returning items
While we are confident that you will love our
products and do our best to assure your satisfaction. If you plan to return an
item it must be sent back with 30 days and your money cheerfully refunded minus
a 20% restocking fee. Shipping/handling
fees are NOT refunded.
Items over 30 days will not be accepted.
Any items that
are custom engraved to YOUR specifications can NOT be returned unless there is a
mistake on our part!
We will
exchange an item if you ordered the wrong one but you are responsible for
shipping it back and paying for the shipping of the replacement item back to
you. We will
assure that these items are made to your satisfaction.
Any items that are installed on your car
can NOT be returned! If you install it you own it! Any items that
have been altered or "hammered" on will not be considered for a
return. If there are any
warranty issues with our electric cutouts, the manufacturer will honor the 4
year warranty on them from DATE OF DELIVERY of this item. Because of the
harsh environment this part has to live in they are not returnable under any
circumstances if installed on your vehicle.
